How do I email NYU Office of Global Service? ›

After you have submitted the I-20 Request e-form on myOGS, please kindly note that in our experience the entire I-20 review process can take 2 to 4 weeks after the correct documents are received. You will receive an email through your Northeastern account if any additional information is needed.

The Office of Global Services (OGS) is the resource at NYU for immigration and visa advising.

Instead of emailing inquiries to OGS@northeastern.edu, or one of the other general office email addresses below, all questions should be submitted through the new inquiry form. This self-service portal aims to provide resources to students that will assist with answering frequently asked questions.

Early Action is non-binding and ideal for students who want to put their best foot forward at an earlier date. The Admissions Committee will not see senior year grades or late fall standardized testing scores.

For every 100 applicants, only 7 are admitted. This means the school is extremely selective. Meeting their GPA requirements and SAT/ACT requirements is very important to getting past their first round of filters and proving your academic preparation.

Northeastern has committed to meeting 100% of applicants' financial needs. They determine your financial need using the FAFSA and/or CSS Profile, and will ensure that your financial aid package covers any costs you cannot pay.

For most cases, you may request an expedite by contacting the USCIS Contact Center or by asking Emma. (You can access Emma by clicking on the Ask Emma icon on the top right of this page). You need to explain why you need expedited processing.

Can I walk in to the USCIS office without an appointment? ›

USCIS field offices do not allow walk-ins. You must have an appointment to visit an office.

The field office in Cleveland tops the index, with a typical (median) citizenship application processing time of 4 months, and almost nobody waiting longer than 12.3 months.

Faculty and staff receive an @northeastern.edu email address and use Microsoft Outlook through Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), which combines email, calendaring, and contacts. Alumni who graduated in August 2013 or later retain their @northeastern.edu email address, which they can continue to access via Outlook.
