Whether you made your purchase in a Tractor Supply store or online, if you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchased from Tractor Supply, return it to us with proof of purchase within 30 days from the purchase date to exchange or return an item at its original purchase price.

Doing household chores that require bending and kneeling are a great way to flex and break in the sole of your new work boots. That means that you should only wear them indoors on clean surfaces for a few days before deciding to return them. If they appear to be worn, you may not get a refund or exchange.

We can only replace like for like item(s). Medicines, food, personalised gifts or cosmetic products which have been opened cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they're faulty. We'll process your return for a replacement or refund as soon as it's received in the warehouse.

Riggers are not a catch-all shoe for safety. Educate all workers on the risks of wearing the wrong footwear on site so that lack of knowledge is not catching anyone out or causing accidents. Although Riggers are not banned on most sites, it is not recommended your workers wear them - just in case.

Return Policy

Product must not show any evidence of wear and must be returned with all its original tags. To ensure that your boots don't show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly. Avoid any kind of hard flooring as it may scuff the soles of the boots.

You can exchange your make-up purchases, including those you have opened, at any Boots store.

Can you return to Boots without a receipt? If you're returning an unused item bought within the last 35 days without a receipt, Boots may still offer a refund or exchange. However, this is contingent on the items being in a saleable condition and not damaged​.
